Yeh Spa - Health From The Water

Yeh Spa is located at Jl Raya sangigan, Ubud Bali. The spa is quite simple, designed with Indonesia modern style of day spa. I visit this place for many times to relaxing my mind and get full body massage here, the therapist is well trained harmonized with Balinese hospitality that will make your treatment be more comfortable and relax. last time I visit this spa, I took a few picture of the spa and got a short interview with the owner so it can be your recommendation while you visit Ubud. check out my report of Yeh Spa, hope this place could also be your place to release your stress during your vacation in Ubud Bali.


This is the Spa's entrance, here the staffs will welcome to you with Balinese Hospitality and guiding you to the receptionist desk.


In Receptionist they also have good quality of aromatherapy oils that you can choose for your treatment according to your interest. The owner was told me short explanation about the oils that being use for treatment.

Sea Mint Massage Oil
Sea Mint Massage Oil is specially formulated to give you a great massage. This oil instantly rinses off your body and towels with water. Active ingredients include seaweed extract plus peppermint, eucalyptus and fennel essential oils work to detoxify as oil is massaged into skin.

Pleasant Sleep Oil
This oil instantly rinses off your body and towels with water. The ultra clean scents of lavender, cypress, basil & grapefruit essential oils will make any massage feel like a fresh start in life.

Aromatherapy Massage oil
This oil instantly rinses off your body and towels with water. This highly effective oil is scented with cary sage and lavender essential oils according to aroma therapy theories on tension release.

And there is still many good quality spa product being use by Yeh spa that you have to try when you visit Ubud, all of the massage oils has a benefit of easy cleanup, so you just need to wash it once time and the oils will be lost along with the water.


They also have open air comfortable reflexology sofas in the beautiful Balinese garden, the sofas was very comfortable and it will make you fall asleep in seconds.


Yeh in Balinese means water, it can be seen in the hallway with water under it and stepping stones that you will pass on the way to the treatment room. the sounds of water will make your treatment be more relax and comfortable.


They have three treatment rooms with double massage bed, the room is very simple with the fragrance of aromatherapy oils that will relaxing your mind during the treatment.


After the treatment, I have a little conversation with the therapists, they are very friendly and have a good English, Ibu Jero ( The right one ) was my therapist today.
